Return Policy

Every Whale Rider item is custom printed and made to order.

Because each piece is produced individually just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered, or change of mind. This lets us keep our small-batch, made-to-order model going without carrying returned stock. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

All sales are final except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement.

To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the defect (and the shipping label / packaging if the wrong item was sent)

If we confirm the item is defective or incorrect, we will reprint and reship the correct item to you at no cost. You will not be charged for the replacement or its shipping.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Ordering the wrong size (please use our size guide before purchasing)
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Normal variation in print placement or fabric color inherent to custom, hand-finished printing
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or wear
  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery

Sizing

Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out before you buy and we're happy to help you pick the right fit.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an item has entered printing, it can no longer be canceled or changed, as it has been custom made for you.
